For our international sales team, at the Amersfoort or Castrop-Rauxel location, we are seeking in fulltime a

Marketing and Sales Support Associate (m/f/d)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative communication concepts and a robust digital strategy.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Create engaging content across various formats: blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
Plan, organize, and coordinate our participation in congresses and events.
Represent Alliance Medical at industry events, networking with potential customers.
Support the sales team with marketing and administrative tasks.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and understand customer needs.

Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
