As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a group role – more in detail a

People Specialist (f/m/d) - IT Systems & HR Data
The position is permanent and located in either Hamburg or Bremen (hybrid working)

In this role you are responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions globally. This role involves collaborating closely with People & Culture, IT and other departments to ensure that the HR systems support the business's strategic goals and operational needs, in addition to providing a great user experience to our employees. User experience is important to us, thus we have world leading systems in use such as HiBob, Culture Amp and Slack.

You will be part of the global People & Culture team consisting of +15 professionals across the Epassi Group countries. Altogether we are currently over 550 Epassians, in seven countries and growing rapidly into new markets! The position is permanent and located at our office in either Bremen or Hamburg.
