Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Demand Planning Leadership:
- Lead S&OP process for EMEA & Americas, ensuring optimal business analysis, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Develop strategies to drive financial and non-financial benefits through actionable metrics and insights.
- Participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.
2. Day-to-day Sales Operational Management:
- Lead Sales Ops team in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales support.
- Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions.
3. Ownership of Customer, Materials, and Pricing Master Data:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service.
4. Leadership and Building High-Performing Sales Ops Team:
- Develop operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth.
- Mentor team members and implement competency development initiatives.
- Establish KPIs ,performance management and efficient & effective staffing deployment
